Thanks to precise fabrication and customizable designs, we offer you optimal solutions for sensitive electronics, sensors and scientific equipment. Their particular strength lies in the reliable protection of highly sensitive components from external factors and ensuring impeccable functionality even under the most demanding conditions. High performance materials:
Our housings and components consist of classes of materials in line with the industry standard such as nickel-iron alloys and stainless steel, in addition to special alloys. The materials used include Kovar® (1.3981), Invar® (1.3912), as well as magnetic and non-magnetic stainless steel. Furthermore, other special nickel-iron alloys such as Alloy 42 (1.3917) are also used. The selection of the material always complies with the specific application, which is why alternative materials for the components may also be used, such as MoCu, WCu or Titan, for example. In addition to this we also offer versatile coating options in order to further optimize the performance of our housings and components. Potential electroless or electrolytic nickel coatings increase resistance to corrosion and improve solderability, especially in demanding ambient conditions. For applications which require particularly high conductibility or resistance to wear and tear and oxidation, we rely on pure gold plating (Au), which also offer outstanding contact properties. The plating contributes significantly to the longevity, service life and reliability of the products in critical areas of operation. Furthermore, we also offer alternative coatings such as, for example, tin or silver in order to guarantee the best possible combination of cost, performance and environmental reliability, depending on the individual requirements.
Matched Seals & Compression Seals:
For hermetic connections we rely on both Matched Seals as well as Compression Seals. Matched Seals use materials with similar thermal expansion coefficients in order to minimize tension and create a chemical bond between the glass and the metal, while Compression Seals guarantee hermeticity through systematic differences in compression between glass and metal.

TT Housings:

Deep drawn housings from a single piece of metal offer protection and stability without any weak points. Perfect for challenging environments.
TB Housings:
Flat, stable, frameless.
TB housings stand out due to their compact design and precisely manufactured projection-weld. Thanks to the special punching, stamping and coining process, a product is formed without any compromise in terms of stability.
Lids and Cans:
Precise closures for maximum hermeticity.
Our lids and cans provide the perfect counterpart to the housings and guarantee hermetic enclosures. With advanced manufacturing and welding technology, they offer extraordinary hermeticity even under extreme conditions. The cans, manufactured with the deep drawing process, guarantee complete hermeticity for the highest reliability. Furthermore, windows made from sapphire or borosilicate glass can be integrated into the lids and cans, in order to fulfil special requirements such as optical and other permeability.
